Saving and importing styles



To save time and maintain consistency, you can share styles by exporting them for use by others.

Save the style library

You can save the styles you have created or edited as a style library.

  1. Select Save Style Library from the Styles panel options menu.

  2. Enter a name and location for the style library.

  3. Click Save.

Import styles

  1. Select Import Styles from the Styles panel options menu.

  2. Select a style library (*.stl) to import. The style library is available across multiple documents and multiple sessions of Fireworks.

Load styles to the current document

  1. Select Load Style from the Styles panel options menu.

  2. Select a style library (*.stl) to load to the current document. The styles loaded are available to the current document.
