Break the link to a style

You can break the link between an object and the style applied to it. The object retains the same attributes, but no longer changes if the style is changed.

  1. Select the object that has the style applied to it.

  2. In the lower-right area of the Property inspector, click the Break Link To Style button.

    If the Property inspector is minimized, choose Break Link To Style from the Styles panel menu.
