Solidify text

You can convert text to composite vector objects. You cannot edit the text after you convert them to vector objects. Because the characters are joined together as a composite object, you must split the combined paths before you can edit the characters independently.

• To solidify the text, select Commands > Text > Solidify.

• To split the combined path into independently editable characters, use the subselection tool or select Modify > Combine Paths > Split.
